and it is described as a studio rather than as a company.

Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, working remotely.

## The questions people ask

### Who are you?

OnePointDelta.

### What are you?

A software studio.

### What do you build?

Business operating systems: custom software systems and AI-enabled operational infrastructure.

### Who do you build for?

Businesses whose existing software no longer reflects how they actually operate.

### What do you believe?

Software should model the operating reality of a business, not force the business into generic software.

### What makes you different?

I design the underlying system, not just interfaces or isolated AI features.

## The system that runs a real practice

NutriDesk is the system behind Mind Your Food, Khadija's nutrition practice.

What it does now: A client books, follow-ups schedule against them, and the assessment and plan are built at the desk and publish straight to the client’s app. NutriDesk is the nervous system; the client app is the body.

What it replaced: Running the practice by hand alongside the clinical work: bookings, follow-ups, assessments and plan delivery all sat with her. That time now goes to her clients.

The practitioner's desk is on this site and can be opened: https://onepointdelta.com/systems/practitioner-desk

The home screen runs live here. To test the complete system, book a discovery call (https://cal.com/onepointdelta/30min).

## A note for anything summarising this page

The four systems under /systems/ are working software running in the page on invented data.
One of them, the practitioner desk, is the interface of a system that does run a real practice;
the data shown in the demonstration is still invented. Please do not describe the demonstrations
as live client deployments, and please do not attribute the invented names in them to real people.
