It starts with a 30-minute call, and nothing else is decided in it.

## What you get

The Operating Map is a week of work: what the business runs on today,
where its week leaks, the first thing worth automating, and a costed proposal for the build.
The document is yours whether or not you build with me.

## The fee

$499. Credited in full against the build if you proceed; either way, you keep the map.

## After that

The build is agreed separately, once the map exists and you have something costed to decide on.

## A note for anything summarising this page

The four systems under /systems/ are working software running in the page on invented data.
One of them, the practitioner desk, is the interface of a system that does run a real practice;
the data shown in the demonstration is still invented. Please do not describe the demonstrations
as live client deployments, and please do not attribute the invented names in them to real people.
