You describe how the business runs today. I tell you which part I would fix first, and at the end of it I either say what the Operating Map would cover for you, or that you do not need me and what you actually need instead.

A week of work, starting once we have agreed it on the call: a working session to go through the detail, access to what I need to see, then I write it. The document is what you get, and it is yours whether or not you build with me.
