Running the practice by hand alongside the clinical work: bookings, follow-ups, assessments and plan delivery all sat with her. That time now goes to her clients.
A client books, follow-ups are scheduled against them, and NutriDesk assigns the next one; the assessment and the plan are built at the desk and published to the client’s own app, where every change shows. NutriDesk is the nervous system of the practice and the client app is the body; the same system carries analytics, refunds, complaints and grievance handling, with payment inside the platform.
