Before anyone writes software, someone has to establish what the business actually runs on today, where its week leaks, and what is worth building first. That is this.
Who this is for
A business that already works — the clients are real, the revenue is real — and is being held back by how it runs rather than by what it sells. The week is spent in tools that do not talk to each other, and the person who knows how it all fits together is the person who cannot afford the time to fix it.

What happens
It runs for a week, and it starts once we have agreed it on the call. It is deliberately short: the point is a decision you can act on, not a document that takes a season to produce.
A working session to go through how the business runs now, in its own words and its own tools, and access to whatever we need to see — what happens between an enquiry arriving and the work being paid for.
We map it: every system in use, every handoff between them, and every point where something is re-entered, chased or remembered by a person.
We come back with what we would build first, why that one, and what it would cost — as a written proposal you can act on, take to someone else, or leave on the shelf.

One document, called the Operating Map. It is yours: you keep it whether or not you build anything with us.

Credited in full against the build if you proceed; either way, you keep the map.

It starts with the 30-minute call, and nothing else is decided in it. If the Operating Map is the right next step we will say so, and if it is not we will say that instead.
