Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who processes it. It is short because the site collects very little.

Who I am

This site belongs to OnePointDelta, of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I decide what this site collects and why, and I am the one responsible for it. You can write to me at hello@onepointdelta.com.

What this site collects

Browsing this site does not require an account and does not identify you. This site itself sets no cookies. The booking calendar and the map are embedded from Cal.com and Google, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. The only information I receive about you is what you choose to send me through the contact form, the newsletter signup or the booking calendar.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. It goes to this site’s own server, which emails it to me. If my email provider will not accept the message, the server keeps a copy for up to 90 days so it is not lost; it is removed automatically after that. The email itself is delivered by Resend, my email provider, under its own privacy policy. I use what you send to reply to you and for no other purpose. There is no third-party form service between you and me.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I keep your email address, the page you subscribed from, the date, and the exact wording you agreed to beside the form. They are stored with Supabase, my database provider, under its own privacy policy. I use your address only to send you that newsletter, two emails a week. The emails are sent through Resend, my email provider, under its own privacy policy. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and most mail apps also show an Unsubscribe button next to the sender; or write to hello@onepointdelta.com and I will remove you. If an email to you bounces or is marked as spam, I stop sending to that address. No IP address or browser details are stored with it.

If you close the newsletter box, or subscribe, your browser keeps a small note of that in its local storage (not a cookie) so the box does not keep coming back. It holds nothing about you and is never sent to me.

Booking a conversation

When you book a conversation, the calendar is provided by Cal.com. Your name, email address and the time you chose are held by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and sent to me as a booking notification. This site’s own server stores no bookings.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics.

Hosting and fonts

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations, under its own privacy policy. Typefaces are served from this site itself; loading a page makes no request to a third-party font service.

Your information

I keep messages and booking details only as long as I need them to have the conversation you started, and a newsletter address until you unsubscribe. You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, using the email address on the contact page. For any request about your information, write to hello@onepointdelta.com, or by post to the address at the top of this page.

If I change how this site handles information, I will update this page and the date above.
